Dear LM-Net Friends,
Being on the school board, I want to reward people for doing a great job.
The budget is due within the next few months and I'm having a hard time
raising everyone's salary because a few people are doing all the work. Does
your system have any form of merit pay or bonuses and is this something that
would increase your productivity if you knew a bonus could be obtained?
