Maybe all the scrubbing to get the green off is massaging the sore arm. :)
But seriously, I have had numbness in my finger as well, I also started
going to the chiropractor. Another big change I made was to switch my
main computer to a left handed mouse. It takes a little getting used to
but I do pretty well with it and I love watching people try to "borrow"
my computer for a minute. They say it is good for your brain to do
things like that too.
Have you heard of tennis elbow, I call it "mouse finger".
