TAR: SEC: Grant to teach the ACT?

Does anyone know of any grants that can be applied for=20
that would allow us to purchase practice ACT tests? =20
I have about 38 students who are interested in taking the=20
test but they are at-risk youth and so we would like to help=20
them raise their scores. =20
My math teacher went to a workshop this summer in Arkansas=20
called CPEP (College Preparatory Enhancement Program)=20
and really would like to do something like that here.  Any suggestions?
