HS - Plagiarism

Greetings,

My high school is becoming the plagiarism capital of the world! I'm on
the National Honor Society Faculty Council. Friday, we will pass
judgement on a member who plagiarized. HELP! What policies are at your
schools? Has anybody faced this situation before?
