Target: Do you know this book?

One of my teachers is looking for a version of Jack and the Beanstalk she read as a 
chile where Jack helps the giant.  She recalls that Jack helped the giant get his 
teeth fixed and get glasses.  I haven't been able to track down this particular 
version.
