TARGET: story-pit type seating/furniture

Fellow teacher-librarians,

Need your recommendations for tried and true furniture that seats students
as in a story "pit"

I would like pieces that could be separated for other uses or hooked
together to seat approx 25 K-2nd graders for storytime.

Please supply brand names,  models and your experiences.
