Target:Questions for hiring Media Assistant

Good afternoon… (Did we ever decide on an official LM_Net greeting?)
Netters,
            I am in need of your advice, as always.  I am going to
interviewing people for the media assistant position in my new media center
and I would like to know what questions you would ask.  I have conducted
media assistant interviews in the past and I have a few questions and points
I like to make, but I am always looking to improve this process.  Please
send any great questions you would ask or points you feel need to be made to
me and I will post a hit.
