A glitch in LMNet program?

The digest form of LMNet arrives with this at the bottom of the listing of
topics, instead of the information about where to go for archives,
subscripton informatin etc.

I tried to email Peter about this, but the mail bounces back.
        I don't know if it is my problem only or if it is a problem at the
server sending out the messages.
