For very small libraries: a free database that can handle up to 5000
records. According to the site, it is a full-featured program only limited

for Windows, Mac OS X, Mac OS 8 or 9
http://www.librarycom.com/   from CASPR Library Systems supposedly lets you
download MARC records free and  has a free one user online automation that
you can use. They will provide 10 megs for free - enough for about 5000
records.
