Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has lists of generic and country
codes for Top Level Domains (TLD)   http://www.iana.org/domain-names.htm

FYI the ISP.com/~personalname  sometimes is now set like this
personalname.ISPname.com . I see a lot of handouts that don't mention that.
