OFF TOPIC: World War II song

Help! My mother has gotten herself into a pickle by volunteering to be in a
Funny Fashion Show dressed in bell botton trousers (use your imagination),
and some other stuff. She needs some kind of narrative to go with her
costume.  She says she thinks there was a WWII song with lyrics something
like  " He wears bell bottom trousers, coat of Navy blue  or maybe He's
wearing bell bottom trousers, coat of Navy blue."  or something. Any ideas?
