Tar: Pre-Post Test for Library

I am wanting to pre-post test my students this year and would like to know
if others have done this or something similar.  I am looking at creating a
test for second-third graders and another for fourth-fifth graders.  The
tests will be the exact same for the pre and post testing, I just wonder if
someone out there has created this already and maybe I could borrow their
