TARGET: Reading/Writing Resource Books for Math Teachers

Dear LM_NET:

A few years ago, while still in the classroom, I remember
attending a workshop about reading across the curriculum.
The facilitator passed around some neat resources for math
teachers - a book of math-friendly short stories and
excerpts, idea books for integrating reading into the math
curriculum, math writing activity books, etc.  Many of these
were reproducibles. I misplaced the list I made, and now I
can't seem to find what I am looking for.

I need some good titles specifically to address reading and
writing in math or at least  good all-subject reading across
the curriculum books.  Any suggestions?
