Student Aide Job Description

Does anyone have a job description for high school student aides? =20

I have the idea of proposing they interview for the position.  If hired, =
along with the value of on the job experience, "payment" would come at the =
end of the semester in the form of a personal, written reference from me.  =
I have already proposed this to several students who are enthusiastic =
about the opportunity. =20

Any other tried and true tactics to motivate high school student aides to =
work to their potential will be appreciated.=20
