Target: information on the back of the title page

Hello,
I need to know what the numbers mean on the back of the title page.  It =
usually has the publishing information, copyright date and other stuff.  =
Do you know what the series of numbers are after the ISBN number?  It =
usually says 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1    03  04  05  06  07  These are the =
numbers that I was asked what they sand for.
