Target: Cicada magazine input

Hello, I am considering adding Cicada Magazine to my high school library periodical 
collection and would like your expert opinion of this magazine.  I am a fairly new 
(3 years) librarian in a small (under 200) Catholic High School with grades 9 - 12. 
 Would this be an appropriate/useful magazine?
