TARGET: Cataloging for elem nonfiction graphic, comic like materials

I'm looking for opinions to assist a fellow elementary media specialist who is 
going to purchase some graphic/comic like nonfiction materials for her elementary 
school.  One example of the subject area is a biography in graphic/comic like form 
on Abraham Lincoln.   My question is should we shelve them in the biography section 
or more in the 741's?!  Any opinions on the matter, please let me know.  Thanks!
