I am in a library media master's program and have an assignment to plan
and implement a reading promotion program for a library. I have several
examples from which to choose already, however, I was just wondering what
other programs might be out there. So....what do you do to promote reading
in your library? I will post my hits.

Hi,
You might find the book " Ready To Go Reading Incentive Programs for
Schools and Libraries" to be helpful in gaining ideas, structuring
programs etc. It was Published by Neal Schuman in 1998. It includes
descriptions of programs as well as samples of parent letters, record
keeping sheets and celebration activities.
