LIBRARY PROCEDURE

Hello,
I am a first year librarian at an elementary private school.  When scheduling 
teachers to come into the library with their classes for weekly library time, what 
is the best procedure to follow?  Should the teachers remain in the library with 
their classes during that time or should they leave them with you?  I have no 
assistant.  I am in the library by myself.
