student posters and fund raising

Hello,
I have student art poster contests about literacy.  The high school students
do such a great job.  I would like to turn them into reproduced posters to
sell for fund raising events which support the library.  Of course I will get
their written permission. Is there anything legalities or problems I should be
aware of?  Thank you,
