[LM_NET] Tech help

Help!
  I have tried to copy/paste to a word document from emails. MS Word has been 
crashing everytime I have tried to copy and paste. Its frustrating right now. Is 
anyone else having the problem or can give me a hint how to copy/paste with MS word 
crashing! This is happening at school and at home!
