[LM_NET] OT: need recipe for ANZAC cookies, from Australia

I ran across a mention of these in a Desserts Around the World book we have
and I'd love a recipe for them. The book says they're coconut-flavored and
are served in April on ANZAC Day. Anyone have a recipe you'd like to share?
