Yes! Recycling works!  I have a box in the xeroxing room for teachers and
office to put paper for the library to use. My student aides go thru the
box periodically, discarding anything with staples.  We NEVER run out.
When students need "clean" paper for printing, they just ask and I give
whatever they need.
It's worked well for several years now.
