HIT:MID Humorous Fiction

A few people asked for a hit on the humorous authors that people have
suggested.  Soory there are not first names with some of them.  I was
compiling my list quickly.  So here goes:
Gordon Korman and Gary Paulsen (Harris and Me) were definitely the authors
mentioned the most.
