School Scrapbooks

My school is getting ready for a School Improvement Review.  A faculty
member just told me that I am supposed to be keeping a scrapbook of
newspaper articles relating to the school.  Does anyone else out there have
this responsibility?  At my previous school a teacher committee kept an
album for posterity using an old  fashioned scrapbook and glue sticks.

How do those of you who are stuck with this job handle it?
