Thanks for the overwhelming response from all of you concerning my bubbled
bulb for an overhead projector.  Next time I'll mention that I used the
wrapper and the bulb was untouched by human hands.  That's what most people
suggested as the cause of the bubble.  Others said it could just be a bad
bulb, be sure it is pushed all the way in (so that the electricity doesn't
arc and overheat the bulb), and be sure it is ventilated well.  I think it
was just a bad bulb since I didn't touch it; but we have trouble controlling
situations in other teachers' rooms, don't we?!  The bulbs come out of my
budget though!!!
