EIKI projector

I just replaced a EVD bulb in this EIKI projector (model 3895 I think) a
month ago.  NOw the sucker has a big bubble on one side and burned out.  Is
there a certain way to put these bulbs in?  Should the labeling info be up
or down?  The prongs are even so you can put it in either way.
