Help for Librarian/Media 3 hour workshop

I'm sure you've heard (seen?) this cry before, but here goes anyway...
 
I'm coordinating a 3 hour Internet workshop in about 10 days for librarians in
our school district.  They will have online access to everything but WWW
graphic browsers (that is, they do have lynx)
 
I was looking for resources that would be of particular interest to
librian/media types.
 
Of course, there's LMNet
 
Does anyone have a current address for Media-L?
 
Are there other listservs, newsgroups, gophers, www sites, etc that would be
beneficial to explore in this short a time period?  (We have LMNet ported to
our newsreader, so all can read it without subscribing to it).
