MARC Checker

Does anyone know if there is a MARC checker, something like a spell
checker?  It seems  something that would find obselete or invalid
subfields would be easy.  It could also check to see if there is an
1XX field and then check the indicators in the 245 to make sure it
is not coded as a main entry.  There are many other common errors
something like this could check for.
