GEN- Reconsideration Policy

Media specialists in our district are currently working on revision of our
outdated reconsideration policy. We would like input on the following items:
1) Who comprises the reconsideration committee in your district, and how are
they selected?
2) How is the vote taken? Simple majority? Is a quorum necessary?
3) On what can the committee vote? Simply to retain the material, or remove
it? Is it removed from all buildings, or just the one from which the request
originated?
Your input on these would be greatly appreciated.
