LM_NET Select
is a compilation of selected LM_NET postings.
They are selected and posted
three times a week. Each issue of LM_NET Select includes selected
Hits, information resources, and other good stuff that have been posted
to LM_NET.
Who should use LM_NET Select? First, all those folks who are just unable to handle the volume of LM_NET messages. Now, that may not include most of you - because you are full-bore LM_NET users. So, WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP to get the word out to former LM_NETTERS who have unsubscribed or others interested in library media who never took the plunge. PLEASE - send this message to them. Second, you too might consider subscribing to LM_NET Select even if you get LM_NET. It's a quick way to review the highlights of the listserv, in a timely fashion.
We offer LM_NET Select through EL-Announce (the listserv of number of informative announcements from the selected vendor supporters) because EL-Announce is able to provide some limited financial support to this project. Here is how to subscribe and receive LM_NET Select.
Simply subscribe to EL-Announce as follows:

You will then receive a confirmation-reply message. After replying, you will be added to the mailing list for EL-Announce, and you will receive LM_NET-Select along with a limited number of informative announcements from the selected vendor supporters of LM_NET!
