Re: [LM_NET] Share--Bloggers Beware !

It's odd that they lead this article with a story concerning  
iBrattleboro (a local citizen journalism site where I live) because  
the suit against the owners of the site was thrown out of court. They  
don't mention that fact until the end of the article.

The material in question in this case was submitted by a user of the  
site, not written by the site owners themselves, though they did  
refuse to take it down. I took it as more of a warning to all users  
of the web, not just bloggers. Even owners of listserves with web- 
based archives like this one!
