[LM_NET] TARGET: HAWAII by Michener

I am trying to find an online version of 'From the Boundless Deep" the first 
chapter of this book.
It describes the formation of an island.  My copy has disappeared, the local 
library doesn't stock
it, I have tried Project Gutenberg with no success, and searches yield plenty of 
references but no
transcript.  I just want to re=red it to see if it suitable to read to a year 2 
class.

Any help would be much appreciated.
