[LM_NET] Photocopying one side of a dollar bill

Just to be clear...is it or is it not illegal to photocopy legal tender in
the US? I have a teacher wanting to use reasonable fascimiles for a "token
economy" lesson and we wanted to be clear about the law. TIA!
