[LM_NET] OT: Cooks Illustrated magazine

I am looking for an article from the January 2005 issue of Cooks Illustrated 
magazine on pressure cookers. Our state database does not index this magazine. I am 
trying to interlibrary loan the article from my public library but, the staff there 
says I need a page number which I do not have, nor do I know the exact title of the 
article. 
If anyone has access to this information and could share it with me, I would be
