[LM_NET] TARGET: duties and promoting reading

1.      I need to know what duties other librarians have...beyond
"normal" librarian duties like ordering, teaching library literacy
classes, cataloging, check in and out, etc.  I consider lunch or car
pool duty beyond a "normal" librarian duty since my library is open
throughout the school day as well as before and after school. 
2.      What kind of things do you do to promote a love of reading with
your students?  How do you get them to read?
