[LM_NET] Gen: Integrated Library Systems

Hello,
I'm doing research on what Integrated Library System folks on the list  serve 
use.  I'd appreciate information on any or all of the questions  below.

-What services does your ILS provide? (MARC records, processing,  etc.) 
-What do you like or not like about it? 
-Do your book vendors  supply you with MARC records?   
-Are they quality records?  Do you  check them? 
-Does your vendor include Lexile scores?  
-If you have an issue with your records, who do you contact?  
-How often do you see a representative from your ILS, if at all?
