[LM_NET] Tech: Computer energy usage

The Headmaster of my school has asked me to find information about whether
or not we should shut our computers down at the end of each day to save
energy.  Does anyone know what is best-leaving computers running all or most
of the time or shutting them down daily or at least over the weekend?
