I need some suggestions on how to organize my student assistants. I have
been very lax in delegating jobs to them, and they generally end up
using their time in the library as a study hall. One even commented
yesterday that she didn't know anything about the library at this point.
There is a lot of work to be done; I just don't know how to do a good
job of training them, keep them on a schedule, and keep them inspired.
In other words, I'm terrible at this. Thanks for any ideas you can send.
I'll check the archives too.
