Here is the list of titles that were suggested about
teenagers with OCD.
Kissing Doorknobs Terry Spencer Hesser (suggested by
at least 15 people)
Grind by ERic Walters (Orca SOunding)
"Total Constant Order by Crissa-Jean Chappell is a
fabulous fiction title! I'm using it in a teachers'
inservice class about YA fiction and differentiated
instruction." (susggested by 3-4)
"I just reviewed a book called Buried by Robin Merrow
MacCready. I can’t say that it was a “positive” book
since the protagonist’s OCD worsened after she killed
her mother and repressed the memories. But it IS a
book with a protagonist who has OCD."
Multiple choice by Tashjian, Janet
Not as crazy as I seem by Harrar, George
"I loved Devil in the Details: Scenes from an
Obsessive Girlhood by
Jennifer Traig. It's a memoir. It is very funny and
definitely has a message of hope."
The Nature of Jade by Deb Caletti
Buried by Robin MacCready
Titles by Valerie Morphew
