As far as catalgoing..
you don't have to let anyone catalog
Also - you can setup Destiny to choose the best
incoming record.
Having a centralized database is not a problem --
I do not want misinformation about cataloging in a
centralized environment to get going.
As far as Follette's attitude - that may or may not be
the case.
I have heard both points of view on that...
