[LM_NET] ELEM:Directions handout

Greetings to all,
 
Does anyone have a mock directions sheet appropriate for grades 2 and 3?  I had one 
and cannot locate it.  The third or fourth direction in the handout is "skip to 
question 10" - or the like - and if they do not read the directions the 
instructions for questions 5-9 are arduous.
