[LM_NET] Input requested on speakers for State Technology COnference

I am on the board that puts on a State Technology
Conference. It is the time of year when we start
 looking for keynote speakers.

 Thought it may be interesting to get some input
from this great group of folks.

Now remember this is not all librarians -- the folks
that attend are teachers, administrators, technicians,
etc. so we need a speaker that works for all.
