[LM_NET] TAR: Vietnamese YA Lit

One of our high school students is looking for fiction that features
prominent Vietnamese or Vietnamese-American characters OR set in Vietnam and
with a bit of historical perspective from the Vietnamese perspective. I'm
challenged to create a list of titles for her. I would appreciate any
