[LM_NET] HS Target - library must haves

Help!
Our school district is building a new high school and I have been ask to
consult on the must haves for the library.  The plan is to have several
"library areas" with non-fiction and reference materials for student and
staff use then to have most of the fiction in the classrooms.  I need to
know what books you would recommend and what electronic resources are
must-haves.
