[LM_NET] OT hiring new superintendent

Good morning friends,

My county is currently searching for a new superintendent.  My school system is one 
of the fastest growing in Georgia and the 8th in the nation.  If you could ask 
questions of potential superintendents, what would you ask?

After 12 years on the school board, I do believe this is the hardest task I have to 
complete.
