[LM_NET] Searching for book

I have a teacher looking for a book that she remembers as a child, it involves a 
little girl who went to a birthday party where some of the gifts include a bar of 
sopa, black jelly beans. Most of the story takes place in a bathtub  where she 
thinks she is a ship's captain.
