[LM_NET] more questions...

I have 2 questions for everyone...
 
1.  I have a 3rd grade student(boy) who wants suggestions of authors to read I have 
suggested Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling), Andrew Clements, Jerry Spinelli, and Lemony 
Snicket, who else should I bring up to him?
 
 
2. I am looking for a place to purchase an ELMO from, where is the least expensive 
and best quailty company to get this from?
