[LM_NET] Super Tuesday Election Returns

The ResourceShelf team has put together a list of official sources to  
access (when available) real time or near real time election returns  
tonight.

We plan to update the page later in the day. Of course, returns are  
available many places but our focus was finding official government  
databases.
