[LM_NET] OT: Tech ? Hotmail

I have exhausted all of my other searches for help with this question. My parent's 
hotmail login screen is HUGE! You must scroll across and down to even be able to 
tell you are on the hotmail login screen. Have you had this problem and solved it 
or something similar? Other websites are fine, even the msn homepage. It is just 
the login that has gone berserk.
